St. Louis prosecutor Joyce won’t seek re-election

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce will not run for a fifth term. Joyce has endorsed St. Louis Assistant Circuit Attorney Mary Pat Carl in the 2016 Democratic primary to replace her.
