New Birmingham law firms opens on Second Avenue North

The latest firm to enter the Birmingham legal scene opened its doors at its new office on Second Avenue North on July 3. Second Row Law, founded by four graduates of Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, focuses on litigation, business law and creative arts matters.
