Miami Beach company tied to convicted arms dealer files Chapter 11

Recently out of prison for arms smuggling and with his life set to become a movie, Efraim Diveroli had his Miami Beach company file Chapter 11. Diveroli was sentenced in 2011 to four years in prison for making millions of dollars dealing arms illegally.
