A former X-ray technician from Forth Thomas has been sentenced to one year in federal prison for his admitted involvement in defrauding state and federal health care programs out of thousands of dollars.
U.S. District Judge Amul Thapar sentenced Robert Moyer on July 16 for health care fraud and ordered him to pay restitution along with serving at least 85 percent of his prison term.
