
A recently settled federal fraud lawsuit in Minnesota may shed some light on Dallas-based 7-Eleven's decision to cut Cardtronics Inc. out of a massive chunk of business.
7-Eleven said Tuesday that Cardtronics will lose its contract to service the convenience store chain's 7,500 U.S. cash machines when their agreement expires in 2017. Houston-based Cardtronics also does business with Target Corp., CVS Health Corp. and Walgreen Co.
