​These are the lawyers tapped to tailor Tennessee’s new business court

Tennessee’s Supreme Court has named eight attorneys and an appellate court judge who will help tailor the state’s new Business Court. The advisory committee will provide feedback for processes and procedures for the new court, which began hearing cases this May in Davidson County as a pilot project.
