
Tennessee’s Supreme Court has named eight attorneys and an appellate court judge who will help tailor the state’s new Business Court.
The advisory committee will provide feedback for processes and procedures for the new court, which began hearing cases this May in Davidson County as a pilot project.
Chief Justice Sharon Lee has said she expects the Davidson County test case to be a springboard for a statewide system that handles more complex business litigation matters.
