University of South Florida’s board of trustees has accused a California drug developer in federal court of breaching a settlement agreement over Alzheimer’s research.
USF representatives say CoMentis Inc. of South San Francisco refuses to pay $450,000 promised in a 2012 settlement over patented technology, according to documents filed in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in Tampa on June 30.
