Jury selection will begin Monday in a federal lawsuit in which eight NFL fans accuse the National Football League of failing to finish installing their seats at AT&T Stadium in Arlington for which they had paid in 2011.
The trial is being held in federal court in Dallas.
The game, the first Super Bowl to come to North Texas, was marred by icy weather that put DFW in gridlock and by a scandal over 1,000 temporary seats that were installed but not finished.
