The largest undeveloped tract in Northwest San Antonio was auctioned off in federal bankruptcy court this morning for $20.3 million.
The 114-acre property sits at the corner of UTSA Boulevard and I-10 and is residentially zoned. The buyer was Robert J. Schumacher of Schumacher Interests Inc., a California-based investment company.
