
Bellevue hard-money lender and Tom Hazelrigg III is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday in U.S. District Court on two counts of tax evasion.
Hazelrigg, a longtime business associate of bankrupt Seattle real estate mogul Michael R. Mastro, faces up to five years on each count for hiding from the government money that prosecutors say he used to lead a lavish lifestyle, including leasing private jets and hiring a butler.
