Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf is creating a competitive procurement process for selecting bond counsel as part of his plan to overhaul state government.
The executive order calls for all contracts awarded for legal services or legal consultants by the Office of General Counsel (OGC) or any state department to be conducted using competitive bids. The results are made available online.
