Winstead PC names David Dawson its new CEO

Winstead PC, a Dallas-based law firm with a large presence throughout Texas, has David Dawson as its new CEO and board chairman. Dawson begins his new position on April 1, taking over from CEO Kevin Sullivan who is stepping aside to focus on his real estate finance practice. Dawson, an Austin resident, is a six-year member of Winstead's board of directors and also practices law within the firms public and project finance practice group.
