Baltimore-based law firm Ober Kaler on Thursday announced several changes at the top, as S. Craig Holden has taken over as chair and CEO while Darlene R. Davis is now president and chief operating officer.
Holden is a principal in Ober Kaler's Health Law Group who represents clients in various areas of the health care industry including on Medicare issues, Medicaid issues and pharmaceutical pricing issues. He takes over for 10-year Ober Kaler chair John A. Wolf, who is returning to practicing law…
