Saul Ewing adds former Maryland deputy attorney general J.B. Howard

Former Maryland Chief Deputy Attorney General J.B. Howard has joined Saul Ewing LLP's Baltimore office. Howard was in the attorney general's office during Gov. Martin O'Malley's administration from 2007 to this year. He supervised 450 attorneys in the office and worked on cases that included appearances before the U.S. Supreme Court.
