Public health clinics reopening

The state Health Department has offered to reinstate all 26 nurses whose jobs were eliminated by the Corbett Administration, the Service Employees International Union said Monday. The Corbett Administration eliminated the jobs and closed state health clinics to help rein in expenses last year, but the SEIU challenged the furloughs in state Supreme Court.
