Presbyterian SeniorCare, Presbyterian Homes deal finalized

Long-term residential care providers Presbyterian SeniorCare and Presbyterian Homes of Lake Erie have affiliated following a six-year management and consulting arrangement, creating the biggest network of its kind in the region. The state Attorney General had no objection to the agreement the two providers signed last October, which was the last hurdle to consummation of the deal.
