Developer asks for another delay of Friendly Avenue rezoning case

Halpern Development, which is planning a mix of for-sale residential units and a retail component on a high-profile parcel at Friendly Avenue and Hobbs Road in Greensboro, will ask for a continuance of its rezoning request.
