Alabama Supreme Court puts stop on same-sex marriage licenses

The Alabama Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the state's 67 probate judges to stop issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples, siding with an appeal of the federal decision that ruled Alabama's ban on same-sex marriage was unconstitutional.
