Hawaii Gov. David Ige names seven new cabinet members

Hawaii Gov. David Ige announced the appointments of seven members to his cabinet as 2014 came to a close: Col. Arthur "Joe" Logan will be adjutant general. He is currently director of operations for the Hawaii Army National Guard. Col. Kenneth Hara will be deputy adjutant general. He is chief of the Joint Staff for the Hawaii National Guard.
