Loudoun plays chicken with Leesburg over $54M court building

The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors is threatening to relocate a planned $54 million, 92,000-square-foot General District Courthouse outside of Leesburg if the town refuses to allow the demolition or relocation of four older, existing buildings on the site.
