Former Romney campaign aide named head of TechNet's Mass. office

A former aide to former Massachusetts governors Paul Cellucci and Mitt Romney Monday was named the new head of national tech industry group TechNet's Boston office. Matthew Mincieli was named executive director of the group's local office, which oversees advocacy and political activities in Massachusetts and 13 other states in the Northeast.
