Ericsson, Apple take legal action regarding patent license agreement

After two years of failed negotiations regarding the renewal of an expired license agreement, Ericsson and Apple subsequently both have taken legal action to resolve the matter. The issue is over Apples smartphones and tablets with cellular capability, which Ericsson said uses its technology.
