
Four of Silicon Valley's most important employers — Apple Inc., Google Inc., Intel Corp. and Adobe Systems Inc. — have agreed to pay $415 million to settle a class-action antitrust case that produced evidence showing they worked together to avoid hiring each other's employees, in effect stifling competition.
