A few months after losing his spot as majority leader, State Sen. Dominic Pileggi (R-9th) said Friday that he would be running to fill a vacancy on the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.
Pileggi said that if his judicial campaign is successful, he would need to resign his position as state Senator prior to his swearing in.
