Conceding the future of the Edgewood Bakery was at stake, Tom and Carole Rykalsky — the entrepreneurs who ran their baked goods startup out of the Murray Hill bakery — have backed down in their legal dispute with Jags owner and investor Shad Khan.
The couple today agreed to accept the contention Khan's Stache Investments has stood behind throughout the four-month-long court battle: that Khan owns 56 percent of the business and the Rykalskys and business partner Mike Zimmerman own 44 percent.
