In his first public appearance since the Darren Wilson grand jury decision, St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch on Friday defended his decisions in the high-profile case, sometimes over protesters who interrupted his remarks at Saint Louis University School of Law.
McCulloch pushed back against critics who said his prosecutors did not cross examine Wilson, who shot and killed Michael Brown in August and was not charged with a crime locally.
