Kauai condo prices soar, home sales jump in January

The median price of a condominium on Kauai rose 39 percent in January on fewer sales, while sales of single-family homes increased by 65 percent, according to the Hawaii Information Service on behalf of the Kauai Board of Realtors. The median price of a condo on Kauai last month was $430,000, compared to $310,000 in January 2014.
