Downtown Tampa's Northern Trust Building sold to twin brothers' real estate firm

The Accardi brothers have added to their portfolio of downtown Tampa real estate. Twins Jason and John Accardi said Thursday that they have acquired the Northern Trust Building, a 28,288-square-foot office building on North Florida Avenue, as well as the surrounding block of about half an acre of land, a surface parking lot.
