Under Armour Inc. is just covering its butt in its latest lawsuit. The Baltimore sportswear maker is suing Ass Armor LLC, a company that claims to sell the most innovative and aggressive butt protection on the market for snowboarders. Under Armour filed a 32-page complaint against the Florida-based company and co-defendant Casey Taryn LLC on Jan. 20 in U.S. District Court of Maryland.
