Appeals court upholds $14M home defect ruling against Pulte, Del Webb

An Arizona appeals court has upheld a previous $13.7 million home defect judgment against Del Webb Communities Inc. and its parent company Pulte Group Inc. The Arizona Court of Appeals issued the ruling Tuesday over homeowner lawsuits brought in Sun City Grand.
