The 50,000-square-foot Kilauea Lighthouse Village retail center on Kauai's North Shore, which will be anchored by a Foodland-owned neighborhood grocery store, is in the final stages of securing building and grading permits from Kauai County, a Hawaii-based vice president for Texas-based developer Hunt Cos. told PBN.
It also needs subdivision approval for Ala Namahana Parkway, formerly Post Office Road, and once these permits and approval are granted, construction can begin.
