$25M Ponzi scheme brings nearly 13-year sentence for San Jose woman

A U.S. District Court judge sentenced a San Jose woman, Bich Quyen Nguyen, to serve about 12 1/2 years in prison and to pay nearly $25 million in restitution for running a Ponzi scheme that bilked more than 250 victims.
