Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters announced on Wednesday afternoon that University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing has been indicted for the alleged murder of Samuel Dubose during a routine traffic stop on July 19.

Dariel Sardinas Lopez, 22, of Tampa has been sentenced to four years in federal prison for credit card fraud and ID theft, in relation to a card number "skimming" scheme at local gas stations.
Sardinas Lopez pleaded guilty in April. Court documents show he created and trafficked counterfeit credit cards, which were encoded with numbers and information of victims of skimming at the gas stations.
