Cincinnati sushi restaurant ordered to pay $600K in back rent

A local restaurant has been ordered to pay more than half a million dollars in back rent to one of the region's largest shopping centers. Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Commercial Docket Judge Beth Myers ordered Kenwood Hibachi and Sushi and its owners to pay Sycamore Crossing & Sycamore Plaza $685,836 plus interest in back rent and damages for breaching its contract with the shopping center.
