A federal judge has sentenced the former chief financial officer of a Folsom civil engineering company to more than four years in prison for embezzling $2.5 million from the company.
Vincent J. Doyle, 56, formerly of Elk Grove, will serve 51 months in prison for mail fraud. Sentencing was Wednesday in Sacramento federal court.
The U.S. Attorney’s office, in a news release, said he “used a great deal of the money to pay the expenses for an exotic dancer/prostitute, including plastic surgery.”
