Kleiner offers to eat $1M sexism trial costs if Ellen Pao doesn’t appeal

Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers seeks nearly $1 million in legal costs from former junior partner Ellen Pao, unless she agrees not to pursue an appeal in her gender discrimination lawsuit against the storied venture capital firm.
