Two Triad lawyers disbarred

Two High Point attorneys have been disciplined by the N.C. State Bar. Thomas F. Foster "surrendered his law license in response to allegations that he misappropriated more than $250,000 in fiduciary funds and failed to timely pay federal and state income taxes," according to North Carolina Lawyers Weekly.
