​Hawaii could be first in nation to make tobacco, cigarette sales illegal to under-21 crowd

Hawaii lawmakers have passed a bill blocking the sale of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, to anyone under the age of 21. Senate Bill 1030 would make Hawaii the first state in the nation to prohibit tobacco sales to individuals younger than the legal drinking age. Gov.
