Massage Envy to open third location in Hawaii at Kapolei Commons in West Oahu

Massage Envy Spa plans to open its third location in Hawaii at the Kapolei Commons shopping center in West Oahu. The Scottsdale, Arizona-based company already has two franchise locations in Hawaii — at Pearl Highlands Center in Central Oahu and Windward City Shopping Center in Kaneohe.
