Japanese restaurant Rijo opens in Honolulu's former Palomino space

Rijo Restaurant, which took over the long-vacant former Palomino and Cassis space in Downtown Honolulu's Harbor Court building, opened for business this week. Former Park Restaurant Waikiki Executive Chef Yoichi Saito is helming the kitchen at Rijo, serving contemporary Japanese cuisine with an international and local flair.
