Hawaii's congressional delegation may request exemption for potential port lockout

Hawaii's congressional delegation is considering making a request for an exemption if a lockout happens at the 29 ports along the West Coast ports because of a labor contract dispute between the Pacific Maritime Association and the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, a spokeswoman for U.S. Sen.
