Williamsville radiologist arrested on drug distribution charges

A Williamsville radiologist has been arrested on charges of illegal distribution of pain medications. Dr. Albert Cowie was arrested by federal officials today and charged with unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance by fraud, and conspiracy to commit a drug felony.
