A federal trail could begin as soon as April 21 for two individuals accused of conspiring to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars in rare sneakers from Nike Inc.
As reported by The Oregonian, Kyle K. Yamaguchi was sentenced this week to five years of probation for his role in the scheme.
Court records show the remaining defendants — Tung Wing Ho and Jason Michael Keating — could stand trial as early as April 21.
