Silicon Valley tech companies Apple Inc., Google Inc. and eBay Inc. made the grade in this year's Top Companies for Women Technologists Leadership Index, but the Anita Borg Institute named a bank on the other side of the country as its overall winner.
The non-profit institute, which focuses on the advancement of women in computing, named the three Silicon Valley tech firms Wednesday among a list of 13 leaders in enabling and growing women in technical roles.
