HP sues former Autonomy execs for $5.1B, alleging fraudulent acts

Hewlett-Packard is seeking $5.1 billion in a lawsuit against two former chiefs of Autonomy, a British software company that the Palo Alto tech firm bought in 2011. HP is suing in London’s Chancery Division High Court.
