
The threatened strike by Allegiant Air pilots remains in a holding pattern.
After a federal judge in Las Vegas issued a temporary restraining order on April 1, prohibiting the pilots from walking off the job the next day, the union said it would not take any action until a subsequent hearing concluded and a judge ruled.
That proceeding began April 10 in Las Vegas, reconvened on Wednesday and came to a close after 6 p.m. Thursday.
