Ed O’Keefe, deputy general counsel and global legal operations executive at Bank of America Corp., is leaving the company (NYSE:BAC) to join Moore & Van Allen.
O’Keefe, who was general counsel at the bank from 2009 to 2012, will join the law firm’s litigation practice group next month.
