Baker Donelson adds shareholders

Baker Donelson’s Memphis office announced two new shareholders. Attorneys Emily T. Brackstone and Whitney M. Harmon were recently elected to the local office and comprise two of the 14 shareholders named across all Baker Donelson offices. Brackstone is a member of the firm's corporate finance and securities group with experience in corporate law, health law and mergers and acquisitions.
