American Savings Bank invests in low-income housing on Kauai, Oahu

American Savings Bank is helping low-income seniors and families in Hawaii get into three affordable housing communities on Kauai and Oahu, two of which were recently completed. The bank is the single largest local investor in Rice Camp Senior Housing phase I, a 60-unit affordable housing community for seniors in Lihue, Kauai.
