The owner of three Maine Avenue Fish Market tenants alleges the development team behind the adjacent Southwest waterfront overhaul is destroying its operations by serving unjustified eviction notices, towing vehicles and blocking customer access to the site.
Not surprisingly, the affiliate of Hoffman-Madison Waterfront, the historic market’s landlord, has a completely different view, as do the two other owners with long-standing market operations who have not joined in a recently filed lawsuit.
